HOW MANY YEARS OF EXPERIENCE DO YOU HAVE?

I have 9 years of petsitting experience but I have been surrounded by animals all of my life. Ever since I was a little girl I always had dogs and cats. I truly believe that pets are a part of your family and they will always be loved as if they were my own.

DO YOU OFFER BOARDING, DOGGY DAY CARE / DROP OFF SERVICES?

Unfortunately, I do not offering these services at this time. I provide pet sitting services at your home only.

WHAT DOG BREEDS ARE YOU FAMILIAR WITH?

I have experience with the following breeds:

Labs, Golden Retrievers, Jack Russell Terriers, Boston Terriers, Mini Australian Shepherds, Weimaraners, Vizslas,

Pit Bulls, Great Pyrenees, Wired Haired Pointers, Shih Tzus, Huskies, Pomskies, Dalmatians, Bernese Mountain Dogs, Dachshunds, Samoyeds, German Shepherds, Cavapoos, Standard Poodles, Wheaten Terriers, and I'm sure there's a few others I can't remember!

I set up meet and greets prior to all jobs and I will be 100% honest if I am not comfortable with your dog.

HOW MANY DOGS CAN YOU WALK AT ONCE?

I feel comfortable and confident walking 2 dogs at once. This will also depend on the breed, size of dog, and how they are on walks.

I do not offer a service where dogs of different owners can be walked at once.

MY PET NEEDS TO GO TO THE VET. WILL YOU TAKE THEM?

Yes, I offer a separate transportation service if you are unable to. If your pet is in my care and needs to go to the vet, I will take them ASAP. I would just need all of the vet's information, anything I should be aware of during the visit, and a payment method on file with the vet.

DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH RARE OR EXOTIC PETS?

I do not have experience, but I would be interested in the opportunity in taking care of them.

I do not feel comfortable with pets like snakes and spiders though. If you have a pet that I don't feel comfortable or about confident taking care of I will be upfront and honest about it.

DO YOU PROVIDE VISITS EVERY OTHER DAY?

At Paws & Enjoy Life - At Home Pet Care, the safety and well-being of your pets is my top priority. For this reason, I do not offer every-other-day visits. All pets in my care must receive daily visits of at least 30 minutes. Leaving pets alone for 24 hours can pose serious risks to their health, safety, and emotional well-being. Issues like dehydration, missed meals, illness, or injury can escalate quickly without proper monitoring. Additionally, pets thrive on routine and regular human interaction, which is why I believe daily visits are essential for their happiness and health.
